Hot Under Pressure Truck Setup

Self-Contained high-pressure water blaster with vacuum recovery and recycling system.

3600 Psi @ 26.6Lpm high pressure water blaster powered by a 35Hp Kohler V-Twin Command Pro petrol engine. 12 volt DC hot water boiler connected to pump with Genisys burner protection system.

Large 80L petrol and 60L Diesel tank with CAV fuel Filtration to feed both vacuum and pressure cleaner engine, along with diesel supply for burner.

Gear box drive to a Hawk Premium series Pump, with a close coupled 13Kva Three Phase Generator connected to the thru shaft from the Hawk Pump.

Extreme duty stainless steel unloader with over pressure safety device and easy start valve fitted to pump. Extended oil bath fitted to pump for longer service intervals.

20” Hg and 230 CFM Condor vane vacuum pump belt driven from 22Hp Honda V-Twin Petrol engine. Built in automatic continuous oiler and Condor vacuum protection package fitted to recovery tank.

316 Stainless Steel Recovery and debris tanks with pump extraction to filtration system. Tanks setup ready to be used in extreme and corrosive environments such as sea water and mine water. Bypass valves to bypass water to on-board dirty tank, back to the ground or through twin 3” Super Disc filters and into the main 2000L water tank.

Rear mounted automatic wheelie bin cleaner with hydraulic lifting arms and automatic rotating heads to clean bins from 240L general household waste bins to 1100L commercial waste bins. Auxiliary  short 600mm lance for cleaning bin extremities.

Separate tank recycles and supplies water to pressure cleaner pump to eliminate contamination issues, with optional pump for transfer to dirty water tank.
Twin 20L drum stands with twin diaphragm pumps and two in one spray lance for cleaning, degreasing, deodorizing bins while cleaning.

·         30m low pressure ¾” garden hose fitted to hose reel and connected to internal float in water tank.

This project was for a custom-built unit specifically built for use at numerous Hunter Valley mine sites. They had to be built to be compliant with the mine sites stringent requirements for pressure cleaners on site. Units had to be mine compliant, hot water, preferably air cooled & easy to service & maintain.

The unit is powered by a twin cyl Kohler diesel engine with reduction gearbox drive to a Comet “premium” series pump with an output of 275Bar/4000psi @ 21Lpm.

The Kohler engine features key start with basic engine protection mounted in a water resistant control box.
